ONLINE RETURN POLICY
*All ITEMS must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY! ONCE AN ITEM IS WORN/WASHED THE ITEM IS CONSIDERED A USED ITEM AND WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT YOUR RETURN AS WE CAN NOT RESELL USED MERCHANDISE. WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN MAKING SURE OUR CUSTOMERS GET QUALITY MERCHANDISE. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
*Item must be post dated returned/mailed out within
7 BUSINESS DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ONLINE EXCHANGES 
*We DO NOT accept exchanges due to how quickly our merchandise turns around. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will be available. 
*If your package does not follow within our return time frame it will be automatically sent back to you.

If items appear worn, makeup, deodorant, animal hair, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged they will be sent back to you without exception.
If you return items that have been tried on and they have make up on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you and considered a used item. 

*CLEARANCE ITEMS, JEWELRY, SWIM, sunglasses,purses, accessories, make up, leggings, sale, scarves, headbands, hats, belts, SHOES and gift certificates ARE FINAL SALE.
*LEGGINGS ARE CONSIDERED A HOSIERY AND ARE A FINAL SALE. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LEGGINGS AS A RETURN FOR SANITARY CONCERNS. AS LEGGINGS ARE A HOSIERY. SOME ARE A THIN MATERIAL. WEAR AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. ANY SNAGS OR TEARS AFTER WEAR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A DAMAGED RETURN. AS WITH OTHER HOSIERY HOLES AND TEARS CAN APPEAR IF THEY MATERIAL IS PULLED TOO TIGHT OR SNAGGED.

*You are responsible for all shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
*please read our return criteria to make sure your item meets our policy.
*Send your package back to us via usps shipping method of your choice. Please enclose note with your order number and name from your label.
*Once your package is received please allow 10 business days for store credit processing. When your package is processed you will be emailed a notification once received and store credit is applied.

Online Store Credit
*An online store credit will be emailed to the email address provided on the original order within 10 business days of receiving your return.

If the item does not fit our return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card, OR,
we can send the items back to you with a future order.
